DO YOU BAKE CHALLAH?

We bake challah every Friday.  Our challah are pareve. 

By special order we bake ceremonial challah and mini challah.

Like our sourdoughs and pastry, we bake our challah dark. Baking at a higher temperature caramelizes the starches and sugars in the dough, creating a challah that will give you a different flavor experience! Our challah even won a national bread award (Tiptree) two years in a row!
