Basque -Style Cheesecake


Different in texture than a New York-style cheesecake, St. Sebastian, or "burnt" cheesecake is baked at a high heat leaving the interior light and creamy, and the outside very dark.  

Contains heavy cream, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, flour

Serves 8

Keep refrigerated, serve cold or at room temperature.
