Smoked Salmon Quiche


Smoked salmon, dill, burrata, eggs, cream, buckwheat and flour crust.

Heating instructions: Warm in a 350 degree oven until desired temperature, usually 10-15 minutes. However, this will vary whether you are heating it from the refrigerator, or from room temperature. The quiche can sit on the counter for a few hours (if you order it today, and plan to eat it tonight), but should be refrigerated overnight.

Our quiches can also be frozen, but we recommend letting them defrost in the refrigerator overnight or for a few hours. Because the quiche is fully cooked, we do not recommend warming them from frozen or they will dry out.


Pick Up Date

Pre-orders will be picked up across the street from the bakery in the parking lot under the Liv Breads tent. Only items from the Holiday menu are available for pre-order. If you would like to add any of our regular menu items to your pick-up, you will place an order through our regular Online Ordering site any time after 4 pm the day before you pick up, until we close at 3:30 pm. These items will be picked up at the Bakery door at 184 Essex Street. Due to large volumes, we are unable to combine these orders.
