We bake challah every Friday. Challah starts coming out of the oven around 7 am. We currently do not have a subscription service for challah. We can prepare a ceremonial challah for you upon request. Our challah are pareve. 

Like our sourdoughs and pastry, we bake our challah dark. Baking at a higher temperature caramelizes the starches and sugars in the dough, creating a challah that will give you a different flavor experience! Our challah even won a national bread award (Tiptree 2018/ 2019) two years in a row!
