Yes! Our kitchen is located in our space at 184 Essex Street. We produce breads, pastry, and café items. Part of our kitchen is open to the public. Our bread bakers work in an open kitchen attached to the café, and if you come before 1 pm, you can see our bakers mixing, shaping, and baking our naturally-leavened sourdough breads. 

In the back of our space, not open to the public, is our pastry room. This room is temperature controlled at cool 60 degrees in order to keep the butter at an optimal temperature. In this room our pastry bakers mix doughs for cakes, cookies and laminated doughs. We also prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and soups all crafted to highlight our bread and pastry.
